Under Culinary

Our Corporate Chef oversees the overall culinary division for Harmony Health Hospitality to ensure that the dining room experience is one of great pleasure to the residents. Our dining room embodies a 5 star server program that ensures two meals options are presented to residents in a dignified and eloquent way. The overall mission of this department is to ensure residents feel that they are being served as if they were in a 5-star hotel. Chef also oversees the menu development in accordance to the Canada food guide standards, recipe creation, and the Chef’s club program within all of the sites we serve. All our menus are signed off by Dieticians who are registered by the provinces and all of our practices and procedure adhere to the licensing requirements for residential care.

Housekeeping

Our Operations Managers leads the housekeeping and laundry teams with his multi- unit and large scale operations experience to ensure that all IP & C standards as well as industry standards are exceeded on a daily level. Ensuring that the most effective and safe cleaning solutions are used as we strive for excellent customer service. Utilizing his experience in managing outbreaks and the pandemic, we have established processes and practices that can combat all future outbreaks with great ease without extra cost to the sites that Harmony Health Hospitality serves.

Our Dietitian guides company-wide nutrition initiatives, ensuring health-conscious menus and wellness programs align with organizational objectives. We ensure that meal proportions align with the Canadian food guide standards.

Facility Management

With over 20 years of experience in managing operations that spans over the provinces of British Columbia and Alberta. We ensure that all support services are adhering to residential care licensing requirements, Accreditation Canada requirements and best practices in the industry.
